Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amplified Technology Integrators ("ATI," "we," or "us") website at amplifiedboise.com and the installation and integration services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Amplified Technology Integrators provides home technology installation and integration services, including TV mounting, home audio and theater systems, low-voltage wiring, security systems, networking, and smart home automation. Our installation rate starts at $125 per hour, with materials and equipment priced per project. This rate does not include emergency service rates or travel rates, which are quoted separately as needed. Final pricing for any project is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Scheduling and Estimates
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are approximate and based on the information you share with us. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after an on-site consultation. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule or decline projects at our discretion.
Equipment and Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for providing any equipment you wish us to install. We can supply equipment and materials at an additional cost, which will be itemized in your project quote. We are not liable for equipment failure or incompatibility of customer-supplied products.
Proposals and Change Orders
Amplified Technology Integrators provides all proposals with a 30-day validity period. Because manufacturers frequently update product lines, availability, and pricing, recommended equipment may change. If a substitution or price adjustment is needed, Amplified will issue an updated change order for review and approval before any hardware is purchased.
Post-Installation Support
For the first 30 days after installation, Amplified provides complimentary on-site support. This support period allows us to verify system performance, make minor adjustments, and provide basic training on installed equipment. After this period, any service calls—including troubleshooting, diagnostics, firmware updates, or additional training—are billed at Amplified's standard labor rates.
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to all hardware purchased through Amplified Technology Integrators. These warranties cover defects in the equipment itself but do not include labor, configuration, or troubleshooting. Equipment purchased outside of Amplified is not covered under our labor or hardware warranty, and we cannot guarantee performance or compatibility of third-party hardware.
Equipment Ownership
All equipment supplied by Amplified Technology Integrators remains the property of Amplified until all invoices—both hardware and installation—have been paid in full.
Warranty and Liability
Amplified Technology Integrators guarantees the quality and workmanship of all installation labor performed by our team for the lifetime of the installation. This lifetime workmanship warranty covers mounting, wiring, system integration, and any physical installation work completed as part of the approved project scope for the original client. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear, nor does it cover manufacturer defects in equipment we did not supply. Our goal is to deliver a clean, reliable, and professionally installed system that meets the expectations outlined in your proposal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific installation work at issue.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems. All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Amplified Technology Integrators and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
